Friday

Friday Inspirations

As you know, I'm liable to do anything on Friday, I don't stick to any one thing.

However, in all that I do, I try to maintain balance. We have fun with adult topics, we tell jokes, but I'm also about just keeping it real in general. With that in mind. This morning I'm feeling pretty grateful for being one of the Kings kids.

As I was preparing a post for the sister site, The Lo Zone, I ended up seeing this clip and thought I'd share it. So, lets swing to this groove. God has seen fit to place all of us in each other's path for some reason or another. It's not my job to figure out why, it's just my job to give you what's in me, without compromise.

Alright, now Rev. Rich! Not being facetious when I say that - don't u come from a line of Pastors? Did u ever feel the call? This was a wonderful start to the day, thanx.

You know what I love about Gospel. You can feel the anointing in the music when it's genuine. I might get a into a groove with Jazz or a smooth R&B song, but Gospel touches me to the core.

DC, C-Mac turned me on to Fred Hammond years ago and he is absolutely one of my favorites, without regard to genre.

Pre-shat cha. I am a late comer to Donnie. I didn't think that his voice was clear enough.
I love Donald Lawrence, Pstr Shirley and Hezikiah (sp?)Walker. Then listened to Donnie Live in London, and I felt him.

Actully Donald Lawrence and Tri City Singers are performing at my church next week:Bethel Baptist Institutional Church, Pastors McKissick Sr and Jr.(bethelite.org)

You know we got to rep our church
