Hmmm, i DO agree that better overall health makes for better sex. Not sure of the men who'd be willing to do that tandem breathing exercise - 'though tandem naked breathing may be an incentive. LOL!
But what she was saying in the beginning made since; about how to think of your breathing like a drummer in your own personal band; that's why I like to have music playing in the background; the beat sets the rhythm; slow music for that slow heavy breathing & slow grind; some 50 cent for that hard-core gutter slappin on the azz lovin...well that's just me...interesting, though.
I think they should have picked someone else for this little video clip. Coach Kendra or whatever her name was wasn't really sexy. And that guy that she was breathing with.... Don't get me started. Anyway, though, yes--it was interesting. I just needed a better visual... :)
