Some movies just speak to you. I mean they reach right out and pull you and your emotions in to the point that you think someone has looked in on your life. When I saw the trailer of this movie, it touched me. No, it grabbed me. Not because it mirrors my life, because it doesn't, but because I understand that "can't stop-won't stop-gotta make it" attitude that the actor portrays in this film. I guess it also helps that it stars one of my favorite actors, Will Smith.
It doesn't come out until December 15th, so mark your calendar and be sure to check out Will Smith, his son Jaden, and Thandie Newton in " The Pursuit of Happyness".
There is also an ultimate internship contest that allows you to enter for a chance to win an internship with one of eight top firms. (See the link below for more info.)

Yeah, I can't wait to see this one. It's been getting a lot of buzz for some time now. So looks like December is going to be a pretty good month for our people at the box office. This and Dream Girls (which critics of every hue are saying is excellent) should make for a good season.
I saw this man on the Tavis Smiley show one night and just fell in love. I can't wait for this movie to come out!! I hear that Jayden does a stellar job playing with his dad. Its going to be a hit I know.
Yeah, I was impressed with his acting as well. It's good to see Will bringing him in under his wing like that. Keep the legacy going.
this is going to be great moment in black cinema this year folks.....and possibly, the academy award nomination.
with will & jayden for "the pursuit of happyness", forest whitaker, "the last king of scotland" and derek luke, "catch a fire".
december is going to be a powerful month for black film. best of luck to all and NO BOOTLEGGIN'!!!!
Most Definitely No Bootleggin. In fact, bootleggers should have a standing policy Not to do black films.
I know, I know, the whole premise behind Bootleggin is that they aren't ethical in the first place.
